I encountered a glitch in the game during the draft, and it got lost.

Hello EA Support , 

The exact same thing happened to me: the screen froze right after kickoff. I waited about five minutes with no response from the game, so I was forced to restart it. I had paid 15,000 coins for the Draft, and just like that, it was all wasted! It’s so frustrating.

I would like you to review the match history and investigate these games. If the opponents are confirmed to have been cheating, I kindly request compensation for my losses, either by refunding the 15,000 coins or providing one Draft Tokens as compensation.

I paid to participate in the "Draft" competitions and lost because of cheaters—not because I withdrew or intentionally forfeited the matches.
