Connection crash issue

I need this investigated as a persistent PS5/EA FC server connection issue. I have been disconnected from EA servers during matches across multiple FIFA/FC titles over several years and with multiple different broadband providers.

I am currently using Ethernet, NAT Type 2, and my EA Connection Quality Report is 98/100 (11.13ms ping, 1.22ms jitter, 0.01% packet loss). When FC disconnects, my PS5 remains connected to both PSN and the internet. FC on PC does not have this issue.

The exact error is: “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers.”

Please investigate the EA account/PS5 connection to FC servers rather than directing me through basic Wi-Fi/router troubleshooting, as this problem has persisted across multiple games and ISPs.
