Fix Simulation Gameplay Audio Visual Bugs and Career Mode Crashes

Dear EA Sports Development Team

I am writing to report multiple critical bugs and glitches that deeply impact the gameplay experience These issues happen consistently across almost all matches and game modes

   1. Missing Replays and Dead Atmosphere Instant replays for shots and dangerous attacks are completely skipped Instead of showing the action the game cuts to static scenes and there is zero crowd reaction or stadium hype during these close chances or even when scoring goals The crowd atmosphere and audio feedback are completely lifeless and broken.

   2. Broken Penalty Foul Cinematic Triggers When a foul occurs inside the penalty box the referee's cinematic scene triggers instantly before the player even hits the ground ruining the visual flow and logic of the foul.

   3. Menu Freezing and UI Lag There is noticeable freezing and lagging while navigating through the game menus.

   4. Player Customization and Hair Stylings Bugs In the player creator and across many real players hair and facial hair styles are completely bugged and inconsistent The colors are broken for example green eyebrows appearing with black hair which looks unrealistic and glitchy.

   5. Heavy First Touch Glitch Players suffer from a severe glitch where the ball bounces too far away from them during a simple first touch or reception.

   6. Career Mode Training Crash There is a severe crash in Career Mode When entering a training session especially the Set Pieces free kicks penalties training drills the game crashes completely and forces an unexpected exit to the console PC home screen.

   7. Realistic and Tactical Gameplay Flaws The simulation gameplay mode needs heavy adjustment and fine tuning Ground passing is completely broken and full of passing glitches that cause unrealistic animations Please fix the defensive and attacking spacing as players cluster in tight spaces and do not maintain proper positioning or spread out across the pitch properly.

   8. Goalkeeper System and Ground Crosses Glitch Goalkeepers need a severe buff in saving low driven ground shots as they fail to respond properly to them Furthermore there is a major gameplay glitch where any shot taken from a low ground cross automatically flies into the back of the net even if the shooter is far from the goal or shooting directly into the goalkeeper's near post angle.

In conclusion there are major audio visual and gameplay glitches that are ruining the experience I request the team to deeply fix and optimize the Simulation and Tactical gameplay modes in an upcoming title update.
