Connection issues Ps5

I have tried all the troubleshooting EA sugest and I still keep getting disconnected from the servers. Its kicking me out of games, sometimes can not get into ultimate team, sometimes get into ultimate team and nothing is loading or it crashes/freezes. Checked all wifi connections on my side which all seem to be fine. Used the EA checker for my last 5 games all connections are coming back with a score of 87+ for my last 5 games even though 3 of these it disconnected me and kicked me out of ultimate team. Really frustrating.

    EA_Barry​ you have added this response to every person reporting this issue so far. There is clearly something going on for PS users to the point it is becoming a joke. 

     

    We shouldn't have to turn into system administrators and reconfigure our home networks to try to make a game work. The issue started last night at around 2100 UTC. Downdetector showed a spike of reports so it was not an isolated incident. 

    My network is fine (700mbps minimum). I am logged into PSN fine but in UT every menu is throwing an error or taking 3-4 minutes to load. 

    I am trying not to be rude but please act like a voice for the community and find out what is actually going on and let us know. The game has been out less than a week and this is a horrendous look. Not to mention it is costing you income as you can't even access the store to load up FC Points. Madden and NHL are showing as having some issues, are these related?
