Connection nonfunctional

FC 27 automatically connects to my EA account and then sometimes gets stuck on a black screen before the main menu. If I cancel the EA connection, I can enter the offline menu, but when I select any online mode, the game gets stuck on the loading screen.

Companion App works normally.

I have already tested:

• PS5 restart
• mobile hotspot
• automatic date/time
• clearing cache
• the problem occurs with all online modes

Sometimes the game works normally after restarting it, but the problem returns later.

This appears to be an EA/FC 27 connection or authentication issue rather than an Ultimate Team-specific issue.
