CONSTANT FREEZING

Hi all, 

I have been having crippling problems with fc 27 since the very start. My game freezes CONSTANTLY on FC menus. Sometimes I can be in the game for 30 seconds and have had to close the app 2/3 times. In 1 hour I had to close the app 22 times. This is very frustrating. 

also, now after matches, it shows a screen saying ‘downloading ‘ then disconnects me from the server. Giving me a loss or no objective completions. 

I have tried and tried and tried with EA support but nothing has worked. They shut me down when I asked for better support. I spent £125 on this game and god knows how much fifa points. As a loyal fan and money spender, it feels like a real kick in the teeth as this game for me is unplayable. Can anyone help or at least tell me I’m not alone?
