Critical bug of the Transfer Market（PC）

EA FC 27 Transfer Market Issue Appeal

Dear EA Support Team,

I am reporting persistent Transfer Market bugs on my FC 27 account. My account  （PC） was registered in mid-August 2026 and worked perfectly in FC 26, with full Transfer Market access both in-game and on the web app.

I pre-ordered FC 27 and started playing on September 18, 2026. I completed all Transfer Market unlock tasks on the same day. The game notified me that the market would be available within 48 hours. However, until September 26, the in-game market is still not working properly.

I encounter two constant errors: purchasing players triggers a connection error, while selling players shows a “daily limit exceeded” warning. This is a clear bug, as I have never made any successful sales and did not reach any daily limit.

Additionally, my web app Transfer Market was unlocked on September 22 and worked normally from September 22 to 25. Starting on September 26, I can no longer sell any players on the web app either.

These abnormal restrictions have severely ruined my gaming experience. As an active daily player, I am unable to enjoy normal trading functions while other players can use the market freely. This issue seriously violates my legitimate game rights and is extremely unfair.

Please urgently check my account and fix all Transfer Market malfunctions to restore normal buying and selling features as soon as possible.
