Re: FC27 EA Play Trial says it's expired on first launch

Hello,

I subscribed to EA Play to test the game with the 10-hour trial. I played for a few minutes, then I wanted to check what the EA FC Lite version was like.

After that, when I tried to resume my 10-hour trial, I could no longer access the trial or find my remaining hours. I can only access the Lite mode.

I also tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me recover access to my remaining 10-hour EA Play trial?
