Disconnected at game end and DNF penalty - Rivals

Hello,

After my Rivals match ended, an error message appeared and I was redirected to the main menu. I then received a message stating that the Ultimate Team servers were overloaded, and I was automatically disconnected from Ultimate Team.

When I logged back in, I received a notification saying that I had disconnected from my previous match and that a DNF penalty had been applied, even though the match had already finished and I had not left voluntarily.

Could you please investigate this issue and remove the incorrectly applied DNF penalty?
