I need help to refund the game
I bought EA FC 27 today but the self-service refund button is missing. How can I get refund please? I only bought the standard edition

How long ago was that purchase made? It can take a little time before orders process and show up on that page.
If the order's still not showing up after an hour or so, you may need to contact the support team directly so they can take a look. If you're not getting the option to create a case here, it may help to select a related option like Cancel pre-order even though we're past launch.
