Disconnecting bugs & tactic issues

Hi,

I’m playing the game on Xbox One

3 games tonight after the final whistle loading back into the menu after finishing a game it has kicked me off ultimate team and back to the main menu. Each game has gone down as a loss and my multiplier is now shot! Is there a way to fix my multiplier as it’s a good way to earn coins!!

Another bug with tactics, I am playing 4-1-2-1-2 but I have a custom tactic set up for 4-2-4. I cannot get the players in the right position. No matter what I do, I have to manually change their position mid game via team management as my striker goes on the wing, winger to cm and cm to striker… I have gone into the custom tactic and moved the positions but they just revert back every time.
