Hi I've been playing Career mode on the second season and suddenly the music went off and the commentary, so I did a restart and I got the music back still no commentary oh and shooting tackling or long passing don't work I can press A to pass and move.
Yeah I think there's a huge problem with the game, any ideas how to fix it if there is any?

Have you tried any Xbox troubleshooting steps to see if they help, even reinstalling the game for example?

I will reinstall the game and see if that works just a shame as I was really getting far 🤣
So that's just finished reinstalling and yeah it's still like it I'm guessing I can't play it and I've just spent a bit of money buying this on Friday too, so yeah not impressed.
So now I've deleted the local save data and the everything data and even uninstalled the game too and then reinstalled tried everything but doesn't fix it... The game is unplayable I've spoken to Xbox to see if now I can refund the game which doesn't look like I can get it refunded because I bought it on Microsoft Store and I've played the game for a few days... even though I'm still within the 14 days time period How this makes sense don't ask anyways what a huge waste of money and yeah awful just awful customer service too from Xbox.. Just thought I'd share this with everyone.

Can you try on a different GamerTag to see if you have the same issue?

I'm just trying to get a refund as I've seen a lot of other gamers having problems with this game although not quite the same as mine but yeah we'll see how it goes.
