Does EA Care About Arab Players? Middle East Issues Ignored

Dear EA SPORTS FC Team,

I am extremely disappointed with how EA treats players in the Middle East, especially Arab players.

On October 24, 2026, my FC 27 Ultimate Team ping suddenly increased from around 8ms to 60–66ms on Zain Fiber in Jordan. Other Zain Fiber users are reporting the same issue, while players using other ISPs reportedly still get around 8ms.

I tried troubleshooting and even tested ExitLag, but nothing worked. When I contacted EA Help, the AI only directed me to generic troubleshooting pages that did not solve anything. There seems to be no clear way to speak directly with a real support representative.

Why do Arab players feel ignored? We pay for the game just like everyone else, yet regional connectivity problems remain unresolved, and getting meaningful support feels almost impossible.

We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for fair server connectivity, proper technical investigation, and clear communication.

Please have the FC networking team investigate the sudden ping increase affecting players in Jordan and potentially other Middle Eastern countries. We deserve a real response, not another generic troubleshooting article.

EA, please listen to your Arab community and take our problems seriously.
