Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a server disconnection issue that occurred during my EA Sports FC 27 Draft match.

I was winning the match with a score of 6-5, but the game suddenly disconnected through no fault of my own (my internet connection was stable).

Unfortunately, the system registered this disconnect as a loss, which unjustly ruined my Draft run and progression.

Could you please review my account history for this match and compensate me for the lost Draft token or rewards?
