Can't access the grounds, saying failed to create avatar

My friend closed the game while creating the character after the match with the Mbappe 2v2 tutorial.

And he can't enter the ground again. The message shows "Failed to create character, back to menu".

Everytime i try to enter the grounds it says failed to load avatar and returns to main menu, I was halfway through creating avatar and backed of of game but now can't get back on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled deleted all data and still no luck

Does it still give the error once you close the game down completely, and then log back in?

I've read about multiple people having this issue. Along with me, a lot of people are experiencing this after exiting the create an avatar screen after the mbappé 2v2. If we try loading "the grounds" we'll get hit with a screen saying "Failed to create Avatar, Returning to main menu". Im hoping there's a fix for this coming soon.

Ps. I've tried uninstalling the game data, the game itself, I've created a player in the settings, everything i can to try getting back into the grounds.
