Unable to access EA Play after playing FC 27 Lite

Hello everyone. This morning, I purchased a one-month EA Play subscription and wanted to use the 10-hour FC 27 trial included with it, but the system wouldn't allow it. I kept encountering a PlayStation error whenever I pressed the button to access it. I suspect the reason is that I had previously downloaded and played the FC 27 Lite version. Could you please help me resolve this? My platform is PlayStation 5.

    You too can use the 10-hour trial by activating it from the Lite version's menu!

    Hello,

    I subscribed to EA Play to test the game with the 10-hour trial. I played for a few minutes, then I wanted to check what the EA FC Lite version was like.

    After that, when I tried to resume my 10-hour trial, I could no longer access the trial or find my remaining hours. I can only access the Lite mode.

    I also tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists.

    Could you please help me recover access to my remaining 10-hour EA Play trial?

    Having the same issue through Game Pass. Mistakenly downloaded the lite version and can't use the 10 hours free trial. No matter what I try nothing works

    I downloaded FC 27 Lite and later I bought EA Play, I am trying to get the EA Play trial but it keeps on giving me the error: CE-112987-8.
