EA Please Fix This!

I have fast fibre internet with sky broadband and I use an Ethernet connection to play online games. The only game that crashes is Fc27. This has been happening from day 1 and there’s still no fix or acknowledgment. If I’m in the menus it crashes, when I’m selecting my players for online draft or offline draft it crashes, if I’m looking at cards in the market it crashes again. Can you please fix this? I have contacted Sky and Playstation and there’s no issue on my end because this doesn’t happen with any other game. It’s just FC27 that this happens on. And a fix of connecting to my phone hotspot is not a solution.
