Everything feels delayed

I don't know if its me only but every game i play everything feels so heavy, the controls and everything compared to other fifas, the gameplay is so clumsy and like im controlling players that is stuck in mud.

Please tell me this is not only me, I have a good PC and as I said the other fifa/fc games or NOT like this.

Im playing on Steam so my fellow PC users, tell me if its the same for you, just uninstalled the game to download FC26 again because I have had enough.
