Evolution issue

I completed the intro to repeatable evolution on a player in FC27 UT. After i completed, i accidentally submitted that player into the new SBC system by mistake.

I then bought another version of the same card to start the evo again, he appears as eligible however when i click to start i get the error message "you already have an evolution version of this player"

I checked i no longer had the original card, the evolution is not in the my evo category, i restarted ultimate team. This is happening on console.

I hope this can be resolved and can restart the evolution as i use the player all year.

    This issue was checked out and was resolved by the studio team. If a player's item was submitted by mistake, I would read over this article: How SBCs work in Ultimate Team™

    As for the second part, that is a sync issue that was happening with the content and the SBC that should be resolved. If you no longer have the original one, and you still get the error, we would consider it a stuck player item and all you can really do on that one is wait.

    If not, you submit it again as normal. The system runs throughout the week and unsticks that content.
