FC 27 – PS4 Controller Random Inputs When Connected via Bluetooth

I'm not Steam i play using ea play pro on pc...and I try to use Steam such as add fc27 to steam as non steam game and use that controller of steam and doesn't work... I'm showing you now an example of our issue in the video 

In that case AlhassanFc27​ I'd recommend unplugging any additional input devices and ensure that your Steam controller are set correctly.

The controller is an official Sony PS4 DualShock 4. I tested it with both the official PlayStation Bluetooth dongle and a third-party Bluetooth dongle, and the same issue occurs with both.

Hey all, as we are not seeing many reports of this it is still likely the case to be on your end.

Know that is not what you want to hear but for something like this we need to troubleshoot as much as we can.

When you test with a dongle, are you using the official PS dongle or a third-party one?

Is the controller the official Sony controller or another?

I also want to clarify that the same PS4 DualShock 4 controller works perfectly over Bluetooth with EA SPORTS FC 26 on the same PC.

I have tested both a Bluetooth dongle and the PC's integrated Bluetooth adapter, and the issue occurs with both when playing FC 27 through the EA App.

Since the controller works normally over Bluetooth in FC 26, and it also works perfectly when connected via USB in FC 27, this strongly suggests that there may be an issue with how FC 27 through the EA App is handling the DualShock 4 Bluetooth input.

I have also seen reports of similar issues with FC 27 on PC, while I have not encountered the same issue when the game is running through Steam.

Could you please investigate the Bluetooth DualShock 4 compatibility specifically in the EA App version of FC 27?

I have tested both options, and the issue occurs with both of them.

I tried the PS4 DualShock 4 controller using a Bluetooth dongle as well as the PC's integrated Bluetooth adapter. Unfortunately, the controller does not work properly over Bluetooth with either one.

However, when I connect the controller via USB cable, it works perfectly without any issues.

Hey all, that it works without issue over USB would point to this being a system- or device-related issue.

Are you using the official PS Bluetooth dongle or the integrated?

Same problem here... works normaly with usb

same problame here + cannot play rivals it says  "Only the player associated with the current Ultimate Team account may start a game session ?!

Same problem i played 2 days normally and now i cant change setting from keyboard to controller
