FC 27 Closing with no errors

they have not acknowledged anything about this and whether it’s a account issue, server issue, just keep getting told basic troubleshooting steps which have all already been completed.

It doesn't matter if am in-game or menus, the game just randomly decides to close. No error message no issues from connectivity or System side Just closes every time. Tried every possible fix on the internet including launching on dx11 No issues. Regretting not buying on Console EA app is Garbage.

I am experiencing persistent crashing issues with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC. The game randomly freezes for a few seconds and then crashes directly to the desktop without any error code or message.

This behavior is completely unpredictable - sometimes it happens during a match, and other times right as a match is starting. Interestingly, I experienced the exact same freezing and crashing issue with FC 26 on this same system.

Given my PC specifications, this is definitely not a performance or hardware limitation issue:

- CPU: Intel Core i7-14700KF

- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070

- OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)

Troubleshooting steps I have already performed:

1. Verified/Repaired game files through the EA App / Steam.

2. Performed a clean installation of the latest GPU graphics drivers.

3. Capped the framerate (Max FPS) in NVIDIA Control Panel to match my monitor's refresh rate.

4. Set power management mode to "Prefer maximum performance".

5. Disabled all in-game overlays (EA Overlay, Discord, NVIDIA GeForce Experience).

6. Ran both the EA App and FC27.exe as Administrator.

7. Reinstalled and repaired the EA Anti-Cheat component.

Since the issue spans across consecutive titles (FC 26 and FC 27) on a clean, high-performance system, it seems to be related to a specific compatibility issue, DirectX conflict, or Anti-Cheat crash.

Could you please analyze this issue or advise on specific launch options / log gathering steps (such as DXDiag or crash dumps) to help resolve this?

Same EA but on console, literally was halfway through season only to not be able to load a save

I am having a recurring issue with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC while playing Ultimate Team. The game randomly closes completely to the desktop during Ultimate Team matches.

There is no error message, no freeze beforehand, and no warning from EA AntiCheat or the EA App. The game simply disappears as if the FC27.exe process was terminated.

This has already happened multiple times, specifically while I am actively playing Ultimate Team. During the most recent occurrence, I was not touching the keyboard or mouse and was only playing with a controller.

Immediately after the game closed, I checked Windows Event Viewer, Windows Reliability Monitor, Windows Error Reporting, Windows Defender logs, Windows CrashDumps, Windows LiveKernelReports, EA AntiCheat crash dump folders, and EA Desktop logs.

There was no Application Error, Application Hang, DirectX error, NVIDIA driver crash, WHEA hardware error, or FC27.exe crash report generated at the time of the issue.

I also created a diagnostic report covering the exact 10-minute period around one of the crashes, and there were no FC27-related crash or error entries.

Because this happens during Ultimate Team matches, I am also concerned about receiving losses, disconnect penalties, or other consequences when the game closes unexpectedly.

The behavior is unusual because Windows does not appear to recognize it as a normal application crash. It looks more like FC27.exe is exiting cleanly or another component is terminating the process.

My PC is running Windows 11 with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 8 GB and 32 GB of RAM. I am playing using a controller.

I have also checked Windows Defender and performed additional system scans to rule out malware or suspicious third-party software.

Could this be related to EA Javelin AntiCheat, the EA App, Ultimate Team connectivity, or a silent FC27.exe termination?

If there are specific EA SPORTS FC 27 diagnostic logs, crash dump locations, launch parameters, or debugging tools that I should collect, please let me know. I can provide logs captured immediately after the game closes.

Hello im having some problems i will mention below

when i start playing one game of Squad Battles, i can finish the game, however, when im playing the second or third tame the games closes itself completely, it doesnt show any report error just closes completely, i open the game again and can play a game or two but keeps having the same problem

with division rivals is the same im playing a game and then the game stops for some seconds and then continues speed up and then finally speed gets to normal, i have been playing some hours and i can confirm i cant even leave the game open for an hour, at some point the game closes itself, last crash i finished a rivals game, i was just watching the replays and the game again closed itself, so this is something to keep in mind, this also happened to me last year playing fc 26 that means with the same problems i barely played last year, as i also have the game on console i had to rely on playing only on console and trade and complete sbc in PC

If there is a way to check where the crash dupms are located to share them let me know

Im having the same problem, constant crashes even on squad battles or  rivals,  the last crash i got  i was watching some replays after winning one game and suddently game crashed, no matter what you do it closes itself with no report error to even attach here

• If you use a third-party antivirus, temporarily disable it for a quick test and then re-enable it afterwards.
• Try disabling Motion Blur and limiting the game to 60 FPS.
• Repair the game files and EA Javelin AntiCheat.

Having the exact same issue on a top spec pc too if this happens when fut champs are out im gonna go through so many controllers
