FC 27 crashes to home screen on PS4

EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS4 crashes to the home screen every time I launch the game or enter the Halloween event. I already updated the game, restarted the console, and reinstalled it. Please escalate to the technical team

Update: Rebuild Database fixed the launch crash. But the Halloween event mode disconnects every match. Rivals and Champions work fine. This looks like an event bug.
