FC 27 Crashing upon startup

i recently transferred a player to Englands starting 11 on kick off mode, immediately after doing so my game crashed, i havent been able to load the game up since, the game instantly crashes upon load up, i cannot even get to the menus without it crashing and i dont get an error code. i have tried all troubleshooting steps including reinstalling game, repairing game, making a new game folder, running in administrator, reinstalling the anti cheat, loading the game with no overlays enabled and so on.  i purchased the ultimate plus edition so if anyone could help me it'll be grateful appreciated as its a lot of money to spend on a game that will not load
