FC 27 FUT Champions - Game Froze before kickoff and counted the game as a loss

Hello EA SPORTS FC Team,

I am reporting an issue that occurred during FUT Champions in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5.

When entering my first FUT Champions match, the game froze on a black screen immediately after selecting kits. The match never started, and I never reached kickoff. Despite this, the game counted the incident as a loss.

This is extremely frustrating because I lost a FUT Champions match without actually playing it. My internet connection was working, and the game freezing before kickoff does not appear to have been caused by anything I did.

Unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot or video recording of the incident, as the freeze happened unexpectedly.

I would appreciate it if EA could investigate whether the match result can be reviewed and corrected. If the match cannot be restored, I would ask EA to consider compensating me with 1,000 FUT Champions qualification points so I can qualify again for next weekend.

Please let me know if there is any way to investigate this incident using server or match logs.
