FC 27 PC - Hard reset (no BSOD) during shader optimization on first launch

Hello EA,

Every time I launch EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC, my entire computer hard resets (like pressing the reset button, no blue screen, no error message) during the shader optimization step at first launch.

System:

• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F

• Windows 11

• Display: 3440x1440

Troubleshooting I have already done:

• Repaired game files in the EA app

• Reinstalled/repaired EA AntiCheat

• Cleared GPU shader cache and the FC 27 settings folder in Documents

• Clean driver install with DDU

• Disabled EXPO/XMP

• Updated BIOS

• Set PCIe to Gen4

• Disabled Fast Startup

• Disabled overlays and background apps

• Lowered max processor state

Other tests:

• 3DMark Steel Nomad completed with a normal score (3202, average for this hardware), no reset.

• The Finals runs without issues.

So the system is stable in other heavy workloads and only FC 27 triggers the reset.
