Fc 27 resetting

Hi,

I bought fc 27 about two weeks ago and every time I load up the game on my xbox one s after a couple of days my game starts syncing data and resets all my settings as if I haven't played the game before going through tutorials all over again. Ive started 3 career modes and then go to log back into the game to play the career mode and it's not there/been removed as my game keeps restarting! Ive tried to get help from ea but keeps referring me to irrelevant articles. Can anyone help? Thanks
