Fc points missing and robbed on draft for tokens

I'm going to be honest I'm not one to put these discussions up, but I've been very upset the past couple of days. On the 6th I purchased two $30 gift cards on the second transaction. I did a $24.99 purchase alongside with the $0.99 purchase. It's very frustrating because I also did a $4.99 and I got the $4.99 but when I logged on I was surprised that only the 499 purchase was there. I've since sent contacted EA and got to all the steps but to the last one when they asked me for the proof of purchase would but I still showed him my transaction history. The funny thing is I did not get the the the the purchase confirmation email. I'm so out of luck because now I've been waiting. It's been almost 3 days now and I still haven't seen my points. I just added another $20 one and it was successful but I'm not seeing any help from you from EA at all. Have any of you experienced any of this at all?
