Opponent disconnects and I get the loss

I was playing rivals today (14/10) and I was winning 5-0 before half time, my opponent stopped playing for a bit and then somehow I got disconnected while I had perfect internet connection. Then i got kicked out from ultimate team and then I saw not only I didn’t win but took a penalty and a loss.
Please do something that’s unacceptable.
