FC Season Bug

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share an issue I’ve had with the FC 27 Season Pass in case anyone else has experienced the same thing.

When I reached a Season Pass level with a choice reward, the game didn’t show me the selection screen at all. Instead, it automatically redeemed one of the options for me. It’s really annoying since I was grinding so hard to unlock stuff.

In my case, it did happen on few occasions but the significant is Level 22 Premium reward, where you’re meant to choose between OTW Karim Adeyemi and the 5x 83+ Gold Players Pack. I never got the chance to pick, the game just automatically gave me the pack.

I didn’t select or confirm the pack reward, so it feels like the Season Pass claim flow is bugged and is auto-claiming one branch of choice rewards instead of letting players choose. Maybe it’s R3 with claim all is bugged or claiming stuff from “The Ground” which seems and look bugged.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Is there a fix in progress? Updates?

Thanks
