FC27 Not Working

So now I've deleted the local save data and the everything data and even uninstalled the game too and then reinstalled tried everything but doesn't fix it... The game is unplayable I've spoken to Xbox to see if now I can refund the game which doesn't look like I can get it refunded because I bought it on Microsoft Store and I've played the game for a few days... even though I'm still within the 14 days time period How this makes sense don't ask anyways what a huge waste of money and yeah awful just awful customer service too from Xbox.. Just thought I'd share this with everyone.
