FC27 PS4 on PS5: Champions Session Creation Error

I'm playing the PS4 version of EA SPORTS FC 27 on a PS5. Every time I try to enter FUT Champions, I get this error: "There was an error creating your game session. Please try again."

The issue has persisted for several days.

I have tried two different internet providers using both LAN and Wi-Fi. I enabled and disabled cross-play, deleted all squads and created a new one, and tested multiple accounts. The result is always the same.

The PS5 version of FC27 works correctly, including Champions. Other game modes also work normally on the PS4 version.

The issue only affects Champions on the PS4 version running on PS5.

Could EA investigate this issue and confirm whether it is a known problem? Is there any workaround or planned fix?
