Game crashes on Series X

While playing EA Sports FC 27 on Xbox Series X, the game crashes during matches. It closes without any error message and boots me straight back to the Xbox dashboard. This happens very frequently, though the timing is inconsistent, sometimes right away, sometimes after an hour.

When I run the Xbox One version of the game on my Series X, it works completely fine without any crashes. Notably, I had the exact same issue with FC 26.

I have already tried factory resetting the Xbox and testing with different user accounts, but the problem persists.
