Game freezes while optimizing shaders

Hi, I just installed FC27 yesterday and have since been trying to get it working. It keeps freezing my whole laptop, which meets all the requirements, while it is "optimizing shaders", always around the same time. Ive tried everything the internet told me to do and cant get it fixed. And ofc ea help is also not working, I have waited 2 days for a response by now ._.

Can anyone help?/Have you experienced similar problems?

    I'm having the same problem. I've essentially been humiliated despite paying for the service.

    Updating or reinstalling your GPU drivers is advised in this case. Let us know if you have already tried that or if that did not help. If so, please generate a Dxdiag report and post that here. We may be able to suggest some troubleshooting steps.
