High ping in kuwait

Hello for whom it may concern 

we a have serious problem of high ping here in kuwait it all started from fc26 after the conflicts starts here in gulf and since then till now still the same issue and we really send alot of complains here and always u mark it as solved but never it was solved as of now in this moment i was playing and my ping is higher than the normal 

my ping now is 70 80 before maximum will reach 40 

router is only for PS nothing else is connected on it literally only for PS

not facing any issue with other games at all

i hope our voice will reach you and u find us the perfect solution to finish all this struggle we need a tough solution to end our problem its been a long time of struggle
