I’ve been scammed out of my Play Pro Subscription?

I bought an EA Play Pro Subscription for £16.99. That’s a lot for a month. It said directly before I bought it, that it would offer me 7-days early access to FC 27, and the ultimate benefits, and yet when I try to add it to my library, it says I am not ‘eligible’. If I try to directly pre-load it, and install it, it says I ‘don’t have access’, whilst I am able to directly stare at FC27 on the Play Pro list, so I seem to meet the single criteria, unless there are some NASA PC requirements I’m unaware of?

    I have EA play pro and am trying to play FC27. However, I press download or add to library and the message pops up, "This game is unavailable. You're not eligible to play this game."

    I have been playing FIFA and FC for years and never had a problem. I think it could be to do with the PEGI 16 rating, although my account age clearly shows I am old enough to play.

    My EA play pro subscription is 100% active and my account matches up with the subscription so I am completely lost here.
