Input Delay / frame pacing PC

im over 3 years deep here with the same problems.. 

All my players feel like there stuck in mud.. take ages to turn take ages to pass take ages to change player. and they dont even hardly make runs or anything the game play is so slow the players dont even feel like they are capable of breaking through the deffence they get caught by players who aint even as fast and cant run fast. iv had this problem for the last 3 years where no matter what i do or change my settings its still the same... G-sync on or off with frame cap or without frame cap . all settings are on low and i get over 250 FPS but yet all my players still feel slow and sluggish. i dont understand how to fix it and its really really frustrating me.. iv changed monitors with different resolutions and refresh rates. even bought a new Oled 240hz hoping it would help. but its still same lol. i play online and everyone has right fast turning and skillfull players but my players cant even turn without taking 10 seconds. not sure if its the servers or what not but my system is good and my internet is more than powerfull at 5gb fibre. 

Any info or idea to help fix this would be great and stop me pulling my hair out. 

My Spec 7800 X3D - 4070 Super - 32gb 6000mhz - Oled 240hz G-sync monitor - 5gb fibre internet

    literally feels like my players have lost the ability to run taking a pass takes 3 and a half years trying to turn good luck honestly waste of money

    still crap.... was winning 5-0 very easy game second half comes and all gameplay is slow and sluggish and i loose 5-7... done with the game already. not worth me sinking any more time into it. been crap for the last 4 years on pc. they honestly might aswell stop releasing it for pc save everyone money. trash game

    Yesterday, after a small update for FC 27, I tested the gameplay in Rivals. At first, the issue disappeared; the game was fast and responsive. But after just two games (in my third match), it returned. It remained the same in games 4 and 5, with exactly the same ms (ping). Also, I didn't change my settings at all. I still don't know what is causing this type of issue—it's so strange.

    Yes bro ! Starts off good soon as second half starts the game performance goes down hill . And I did mess with fast sync the other night in the Nvidia app and it helped massively and all my gameplay was super fast and everything was perfect I went to bed and woke up excited to play and it was back to been all slow and sluggish again. I think your right tho it has something to do with the anti cheat and the CPU usage for sure. Because this is the only game where my fans all speed up and my cpu usage is higher. At first I thought it was a frame pacing problem but it can't be.

    It's a poor optimization issue, and if you've been dealing with it for 3 years, I have bad news for you: it will never be fixed. My FC 26 was fast and responsive as hell. Of course, I experienced EA server delay during peak hours or during events like TOTS/FUTTIES, but I never felt this much delay before like in FC 27. You described it perfectly, and it's definitely not a server or internet connection issue. It feels like a slow-motion gameplay and i play FC 26 today it's x2 or x3 faster. Don't waste your time to "fix" this issue it's not your PC or your Ethernet it's FC 27 optimization and their legendary EA Anti-Cheat combine.

    If your CPU gets 100% overloaded by FC 27 and EA Anti-Cheat, it starts throttling, which makes your game become sluggish and slow. Do you get good gameplay at the start of your matches and then it becomes slower and slower, or nah?

    They fix it for other players this year but broke for another % of people. I saw so many good comments about optimization this year but my FC 26 was fast with 0 issues and FC 27 works so bad with huge input delay.

    I'm having this same issue. Just flat out heavy gameplay.
