Issues with server

More than half of my ultimate team games in EAFC27 have kicked me out and given me losses when I was winning the game. This is very disappointing since I’ve paid so much for the ultimate plus edition. Also is very difficult to get in contact with someone from EA. You need to do better. I’m trying to qualify to the pro open and this issue is really affecting me. How are you planning on compensate or making it up to people playing?
