Level 30 season pass reward IU glitch

When I reached Level 30, I selected the 84x5 player pack as my reward. After making my selection, the game backed me out of the reward screen. When I pressed the reward again, the game automatically selected Ferran Torres instead of allowing me to claim the 84x5 pack I had originally chosen.

I strongly believe this was a user interface glitch or in-game error, not a mistake on my part. My controller is working correctly, and I have evidence of what happened. I witnessed the issue firsthand and can provide supporting proof to help demonstrate that the selection did not happen as intended.

I am requesting that EA investigate this incident and review any available game records relating to my Level 30 reward selection. I would appreciate it if my original choice, the 84x5 pack, could be restored. If that is not possible, I am requesting appropriate in-game compensation for the unintended reward caused by this apparent glitch.
