Trial not working on ps5

I tried every possible troubleshooting but the 10 hours trial stopped working weeks ago after around 7 hours. Now it’s booting a locked version of the game with just a few teams and season.
I paid EA play specifically for this trial and now I’m going to lose it (because of course I didn’t renew…). 

Can someone from EA support me this and let me access what I paid for at least?
