Missing player in transfer market

Hello EA Support,

I’m following up on my case regarding my missing Alexia Putellas.

I was trying to sell/transfer her when she suddenly disappeared after I received the “Transfer Market is too hot” error. She is no longer in my squad, club, transfer list, or anywhere else in Ultimate Team.

I have already contacted support, but unfortunately I haven’t received much help or heard back from you.

I did not intentionally discard or delete the player. Could you please check what happened and see if the player can be restored?
