Performance error / Match freeze in Rivals causing progress loss

Hello,

I encountered a severe performance error while playing Rivals in EA SPORTS FC 27. I was leading the match and my own MS/ping values were perfectly normal, but my opponent was experiencing massive connection issues. Unfortunately, their problem caused my game to constantly freeze and became completely unplayable.

Because of this performance freeze, I was handed a loss. As a result, my 4-step Rivals progress (including the double progress and +2 bonus progress) has vanished, and I dropped 1 step back. 

I would like this performance/match freeze issue to be investigated on my account.
