My fifa gets to the start screen and just completly freezes with a loud buzzing noise. Please someone help I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for EA to get back to me still nothing just wanna play the game lol

Community ManagerIt appears a 550W or higher wattage power supply is a requirement for a 4060 GPU.

Hey Barry I have tried everything honestly. Can you please suggest things to do. The only other thing I have seen online is my power supply may not be able to handle the spike when loading into a game.
Community ManagerThe loud buzzing sound indicates something is crashing super hard. A couple of troubleshooting steps before we try to diagnose further:
1. Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files
2. Update or reinstall your video drivers
3. Perform a clean boot before starting
If you still see the same issue after these steps, please generate a Dxdiag report and post that here. There is error reporting info in that file that will help us to troubleshoot with you.
