[PS4] Custom Tactics randomly change player positions

Issue

I am experiencing a serious issue with Custom Tactics and player positions in FC 27.

I carefully set up my different Custom Tactics and save the correct formation and player positions for each tactic.

However, when I enter an Ultimate Team match and switch between my tactics during the game, I frequently find that the formation is not loaded correctly. Players are moved to completely different positions and the tactics become mixed up.

For example, players that I specifically assigned to certain positions in one tactic can appear in the wrong positions when I switch to another tactic during the match.

Why this is a serious issue

This is extremely frustrating, especially in Rivals and Squad Battles, because the problem happens during the match.

There is not enough time during a competitive match to stop and manually rearrange all the players back to their correct positions. This can significantly affect the gameplay and makes the Custom Tactics feature practically unusable.

Troubleshooting already performed

I have already tried several solutions:

• Deleted all Custom Tactics.
• Created all tactics again from scratch.
• Reassigned every player manually.
• Saved the tactics again.
• Restarted the game.
• Rechecked the formations before entering matches.

Despite doing all of this, the problem continues to happen.

Expected behavior

When I switch between Custom Tactics during a match, the game should load exactly the formation, positions and player instructions that I previously saved for that tactic.

Actual behavior

When switching tactics, the game sometimes loads incorrect player positions and/or mixes the positions from different tactics, despite the tactics being correctly configured and saved before the match.

Please investigate this issue as it appears to be a Custom Tactics / player-position loading bug in FC 27 on PS4.

I would also appreciate confirmation if this is a known issue and whether there is a permanent fix planned.
