PS4 Disc Pre-Order PS5 Upgrade Code Error (Incorrect/No Longer Valid)

Hi Community Managers,I am having a major issue trying to redeem the PS5 upgrade voucher code that came inside my physical pre-ordered PS4 disc case.When I first attempted to redeem it, I received the "prepaid card could not be redeemed" error. Since then, trying to input the code on my PS5 console, the PlayStation Mobile App, or the desktop web store results in the hard error: "The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid."I have checked my transaction history and the game library, and the license has not been applied to my account. I also verified that my PlayStation Storefront country matches the region of the physical disc perfectly, so there is no regional mismatch.I spoke directly to a live chat support agent who acknowledged that this is a known database issue with a batch of pre-order retail codes. However, they stated they do not have the system tools to generate a new key and instructed me to post here so a Community Manager can manually review my account and push a working code replacement.I have my store receipt and the physical voucher sheet ready to provide as proof. Please help me look into this so I can access the PS5 version I paid for. Thank you!
