PS4 Online Match Ping Jump from 18ms to 40ms

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding an abrupt and permanent increase in my online game ping for EA Sports FC on PlayStation 4.

• The Problem: A month ago, my in-game ping in online matches was stable at 18–20 ms. Suddenly, it increased to 34–40 ms and has stayed there ever since.
• My Network Setup: I am playing on a wired LAN connection with NAT Type 2. My local network and hardware are completely healthy.
• ISP Feedback: I contacted my Internet Service Provider (Lanet in Ukraine) to check the routing. They replied that they see no local issues and requested the specific IP addresses or hostnames of the EA Sports game servers / data centers that my PlayStation connects to during online matches, so they can run an MTR/traceroute diagnostic on the gameplay traffic path.

Since EA uses dynamic cloud data centers (AWS/Google/Azure) and does not publish static match server IPs, could you please provide the specific server hostnames, regional cluster endpoints, or diagnostic IP addresses for Eastern Europe / Central Europe matchmaking that my ISP can use to investigate and optimize this routing table shift?
