PS5 Malaysia: Rivals lobby times out and Rush repeatedly fails to find opponents

I am reporting recurring matchmaking problems in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS5, while playing in Malaysia with a Hong Kong PSN account.

Division Rivals: matchmaking often finds an opponent, but the pre-match lobby continues waiting for the opponent to become ready until the countdown expires, so the match does not start. This has happened repeatedly.

Rush: I have attempted matchmaking several times and only successfully started one match. Other attempts either fail to find players or find teammates but cannot find opponents.

Troubleshooting: the same problems persist on both home internet and a mobile hotspot. I have tested cross-play and matchmaking settings without resolving the issue.

Please investigate matchmaking and session establishment for players in Malaysia. I cannot confirm whether this is a regional matchmaking, lobby synchronization, or connection issue.
