My first Squad Battles match was a doozy, with a random box popping up and blocking my view. It alternated between a blank rectangular box and one that also brought up a keyboard for typing. How can this be fixed? I know mistakes happen, but this is wild, given how much we pay for these games.

I solved the issue
Go to Main menu, top left : accessibility settings , audio, text to speech / speech to text turn them OFF and it will be removed.
During an online Ultimate Team match, a large black screen/overlay repeatedly appeared during gameplay. Whenever this happened, my players stopped responding properly and I was unable to control them.
My internet connection and NAT are working normally, and Cross-Play was disabled before starting the match.
This happened during my online draft match against another online player, so I am not sure whether this is a gameplay bug or a possible exploit being triggered by the opponent. I started later a squad battle game and again I got that black box on top of my screen every few seconds again but that time I was still able to control my players normally unlike the online draft match I couldn’t control my players at all so I believe there was cheating too ( I was disabling cross play ) plus the bug in the game which makes it so annoying instead of having early access to play the game I’m just having early headache and issues with your game.
I have video evidence showing exactly what happened.
Please investigate this issue, as it makes the match unplayable. I’m asking for a compensation for wasting my time and also losing 300 fc points for that unplayable game in my online draft thanks
A random empty box keeps popping up on screen and blocks a portion of the field during game play. It constantly toggles on and off and really makes playing the game frustrating. I have deleted and reinstalled the game but that did nothing to help.
