The issues between Sky and EA but the companys dont fix it why is this still a thing its a new year expect it to be fixed

Since fut birthday last year. We at sky as a total have struggled to connect to your servers. You blamed the broadband we spoke to the network said its your issue. Got a vpn guess what still no good connection. Then the absoulte cheek of one of your community managers seek another broadband. No mate we won't this is down to you guys to fix. Fc 26 was horrendous due to the sky issue and guess what its back for another year. I thought man if I pay for this surely this won't be an issue no to the surpirse of absoultely no one you haven't fixed it. To call it a joke is an absoulte understatement. Needs fixed ASAP.
Exactly the same issue here - kicked out of games despite no connectivity issues and menus constantly crashed leading to game restart being required.
Same **bleep** situation waiting for 3-4 minutes at a time for the menu to unfreeze for a few minutes just to happen again not long after. If this issue doesn't get fixed this year it will be my last fifa. I expect a game that I pay for to work as intended not people to telle it's my fault even tho it only happens on there game

Can we get some reply to this by a Dev.. either needs fixing promptly or refunding
This is a joke. 2 menu clicks and then game freezes. Thought it was just me but clearly EA servers don’t like sky broadband although every other game does. Fix this please it is past a joke
Was fine until last night and over the course of today its just completely unplayable. I sincerely mean that aswell, I cant do anything.
What are the chances of a refund as EA seem to be burying their heads in the sand with this.
Absolute joke that this issue is still in the game, spent £130 to be kicked off the servers every 2 minutes literally can’t even navigate the menus because of it.EA_Edu EA_Hux is anyone from EA actually going to acknowledge the issue and provide a fix? Anyone else having this issue contact PlayStation support and ask for a refund, I pre ordered so couldn’t request a refund through the PS app but if a game is faulty you are eligible for a refund so I’m in the process of doing this. Will update when I can
To anyone it concerns,
if you go through the PlayStation support chat and get through to a live agent you can get a refund for the game, explain the issues to them and it classes as faulty. Just got my ultimate plus edition refunded into my account
