Stutter / speed up lag after 1.02 update

EA_Aljo actually its pretty weird because you tell people to contact their ISP even though every other game is fine. You said it yourself, every game is different, but the internet connection isn’t different just because it’s another game. What is different is the game itself and the server structure. Ofc the connection in FC 27 isn’t perfect when you match us with players that have 100 ping which then influences the data shown.

Community ManagerThe connection is different. Each game has its own servers and your ISP will route you to them. It's always possible there's an issue with that routing. Also, each game has different amounts of data transmitted. Packet loss is going to be felt more in a game like FC where you have more than 20 players on the pitch along with all the presentation aspects. There's a lot more that goes into this than just being an online game. They don't all work exactly the same.
If you all want to post your Connection Quality Reports and go through troubleshooting, let me know. Otherwise, we'll keep monitoring for any issues on our end and update the community should we find any.
Can someone help me with this because if i make a ticket, there is no respons. My FC 27 on PS5 crashes/freezes on the loading screen when connecting to the servers. I have cleared the cache, rebuilt the database, reinstalled the game, restored licenses, and deleted save data. The issue is account-specific. Could you manually synchronize/refresh my EA account profile?

Hello. There's no way for us to refresh or sync your account. It's automatically synced every time you load into the game.

Why dont t add servers for peering ok?...why remove server from romania? We had server in romania 4-5 years ago and don t have this problem same now
That's understandable but the problem isn't on our side, that's the main point! We are doing everything we can to find a way and if that's the case, there isn't anything we can do. It shouldn't be like this anyway, we shouldn't do all of this to just be able to play when all other games work perfectly fine. Maybe it's not easy on EA's site, but that's something that should have been tested and taken care of before launching the game. It's littely unplayable at this point
I also like to mention that it also happens when i open a pack on FUT, maybe also good to know. Don't see anyone talking about it
