Sudden spike of ping

I have been playing for a month, and I have had no issues like this, but all of my matches over the last few days have been problematic. I have tried changing DNS, using a VPN, calling my network provider, restarting everything, deleting and reinstalling the game, and reinstalling the EA app. Nothing has worked. I have written an email and opened a technical issue case, but I can not see the case in my cases section, nor have I received a reply to my email. There have been a lot of FC points bought in this account, and I can't seem to play. Every minute, my game freezes while my opponent's does not, so most of the time I concede, and considering that this is happening at least 5 times a game, I can't have a fun time. I would want this resolved, or I would want a refund because I can not seem to play, and it is not in my hands to solve this problem. I have tried everything EA Support says I have tried anything on Reddit or this forum, but nothing seems to work. I have played at least 5-6 matches in this situation, but in EA connection reports, there is only 1 match visible. By looking at the game logs, I can prove this also. Today, at my first match, the game completely crashed and closed after the 3rd freeze. After the crash, there was no error code or any pop-up elements that explained the situation.
